Proxy web surfing is a term used to surf the internet through a proxy. Using a proxy enables the internet user to access certain blocked URLs such as Myspace or Bebo thus providing unfiltered content.
Why is content filtered?
Many schools and businesses filter content to block their pupils and employees from viewing certain websites. The most commonly filtered sites are social networking sites like Myspace, YouTube, Bebo and ebuddy.
